Headwin wanted a sophisticated WMS to expand their warehousing service and wanted a system that gave their customers visibility to their inventory by web. They also wanted the ability to bill their customers accurately using the new system.
In addition to having all the basic functionality of a WMS product like receiving, inventory management, picking and shipping, what moved the needle for Headwin is the portal application. Foysonis provide for Headwin customers to look at their data about inventory and the ability to enter orders and receipts to be processed by Headwin's operation's team.
With a modern cloud based warehouse management in place, headwin was able to easily signup new customers that were manufacturers of specialty robotics for autism kids , or drone manufactures for children selling their good to retailers like Wal-Mart, Target etc. The system provided clear visibility and enabled Headwin to provide great customer service.
4 weeks start to finish. Foysonis Solution Architects and Engineers worked closely with the Headwin team through conference call, screen shared session and emails to gather the requirements and configure the system in 4 weeks' time. As part of this effort we also provided on-line training to Headwin resources. When the system went live, the Headwin operation team was ready. With a simplified product design and the mindset to save money to our customers, we were able to finish the project on time and within budget, through remote support.
